Your chartered goal

  • Planning, organization, and coordination of the entire kitchen area
  • Monitor the goods-ordering and storage processes as well as oversee the cost of goods sold
  • Leading and training of an international team of up to 30 employees
  • Monitor the proper preparation of food and the food quality and coordinate the buffet setup

Your previous ports of call

  • Completed training as a chef and ideally acquired a master craftsperson’s diploma
  • Demonstrable professional and managerial experience in the premium hotel and restaurant segment
  • Ideally additional qualifications and already gained some practical experience on cruise ships
  • Excellent English skills
  • A friendly demeanor, positive interactions with guests and the ability to work as part of a team
