Costa Crociere is seeking an intern to provide quality support to its HR Compensation and Benefits department. This is an excellent learning opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a complex, multicultural and challenging business environment. The resource will be involved in the following activities and projects:

  • Collaboration in the management of annual incentive systems
  • Support for compensation processes for foreign countries, in particular in allocating equity benefits and managing equity releases
  • Cost control & Planning: collaboration in the annual and monthly planning of payroll of shore-side personnel
  • Flex Benefit: support for the launch and the implementation of the Flex Benefit Project

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Economics, HR or similar. 
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 at least) 
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude.

PROFILO: neolaureato/a in discipline economiche o statistico matematico ottime capacità di utilizzo del pacchetto microsoft, in particolare del programma excel, buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
