Human Resources Manager - Luxury Cruise

The Company
I am currently working with an expanding Cruise company, who are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team on board.

The Role
As HR manager your role will be in partnership with department heads, responsible for the strategic implementation of shipboard HR processes and procedures across all departments.
Responsibilities will include providing leadership in the area of employee relations including internal guidance and assistance to all departments.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience as a Human Resources Manager within the Cruise industry
- Strong organisation, delegation and interpersonal skills
- Strong budgeting experience
-Excellent English language skills
