Senior Technical Superintendent - Cruise

I am recruiting for an exciting client who offers that something different in the cruise market, they have offices internationally and have their cruise ships operating all over the world. The company are now seeking the following position to join the team.

For the role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the entire fleet as a member of the Technical Operations Management Team operating to Company procedures, key principals and best ship management practices whilst giving absolute regard to the safety of life at sea and protection of the environment at all times.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Hold Marine Engineering / Naval Architecture degree
• Must have been working in a similar shore-based role with cruise vessels
• Be able to communicate with different levels in the business
• Financial and Budgeting experience
