Associate Hotel Director - Ocean Cruise

This exciting opportunity will provide hotel professionals excellent progression opportunities and the chance to lead and manage some of largest on-board hotel operations within the cruise industry.

The ideal candidate for this role must have in rank experience working on board cruise ships or within 5* luxury hotels/resorts.

As the Associate Hotel Director you will be in charge of the entire hotel operation on board. You will be required to fulfil all service procedures according to company standards and guest expectations. The position involves control over the entire cleanliness, hygiene and order in all areas of the hotel department in accordance with HACCP regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Hospitality/ Hotel Management Degree

Extensive Cruise Ship/ 5* Hotel or Resort experience

Strong communication and organisational skills

Fluent English language skills
