P&O Cruises - Shore Excursion Assistant

P&O Cruises is a growing business and with a new ship on the horizon, we have an exciting opportunity for a Shore Excursion Assistant to join our team!

The Shore Excursions team on board our P&O Cruises ships are there to sell a wide range of tours for each port that the ship visits.  This interactive role will means that you will answer guest’s queries about each port and make recommendations about which tour would best suit their needs, you will be on the quay side, at each port, to make sure that each tour is dispatched effectively, and you will also have the amazing opportunity to experience many of the tours on offer and visit our varied list of destinations!

To join P&O Cruises in this fantastic role you must have the following:

Previous experience of working in a target driven environment
Experience of the travel industry, experience of delivering presentations would also be advantageous
