A luxury cruise line is looking for a professional Sous Chef Pastry to join their team.

The candidate must have a minimum of four years experience in the profession working in high quality hotels or restaurants.

The successful candidate should have experience in assisting the Executive Pastry Chef, ensure the Pastry/Bakery Section is productive and operated smoothly, responsible of maintaining the quality and consistency in taste, appearance and presentation according to the company's recipes and, ensure the immaculate cleanliness in the Pastry/Bakery Department.

Seafarers Medical / STCW will be required.

Rotation is 6 months on, 2 months off. Salary paid in US Dollars.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
