Corporate Sommelier (M/F)

At Douro Azul, we are hiring a CORPORATE SOMMELIER (M/F).

You will be in charge of reviewing and renewing the wine list, according to every ships’ needs; training all F&B crew members on wine service, making sure all service standards are satisfied.

PROFILE:

• Previous experience in the Hospitality industry and/or Cruise Industry;
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage Management;
• Graduated education, preferably hotel management school:
• Very good knowledge and certification in Wines, including the Douro region;
• Knowledge of national and international hospitality standards
• Excellent management, leadership and communication skills
• Excellent English skills (written & verbal)
• Portuguese or Spanish skills are mandatory
