Sous Chef - Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with a leading, global Cruise company who are seeking experienced Sous Chefs to join their luxurious ocean going fleet.

The Role

Whilst on duty as a Sous Chef, you will be expected to oversee the overall production within your assigned galley. You will report to, and work alongside the Executive Sous Chef and on occasion you will be required to cover in their absence. In addition, you will be given an Emergency Duty which you will be required to complete as part of mandatory drills and practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a Sous Chef or higher
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
