Executive Chef - Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with a leading, global Cruise company who are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join their luxurious ocean going fleet.

The Role

As an Executive Chef, you will be required to oversee the production and delivery of the entire galley, responsible for multiple outlets, and catering for high volumes of guests. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a multi-cultural team of galley personnel, ensuring the highest level of crew and guest satisfaction at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in rank as an Executive Chef
• Cruise Experience is good but not essential
• Proven success in 4*/5* hotels
• Strong management, leadership and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
