Fleet Chief Purser

V. Hospitality are currently seeking an experienced Chief Purser to join Mystic Cruises, a Portuguese cruise company dedicated to operating expeditionary cruise programs in the Antarctic and other remote locations. With a focus on offering unique experiences in an eco-friendly way, Mystic Cruises allows guests to explore the unspoiled landscapes of the frozen continent with all the comfort of a five-star cruise ship.

As Chief Purser, you will be responsible for the overall Accounts department on-board, including but not limited to, Guest/Crew Accounts, Clearance, On-board Inventory and Company Funds.

Reporting directly to The Fleet Chief Purser, you will you will have previous experience in a similar role, including knowledge of a small vessel and be comfortable managing/supervising your own team on-board, to ensure financial requests are dealt with in an efficient and professional manor.

Candidates interested in applying for the position should meet the following requirements;

• Small ship/expedition experience
• Knowledge of Front of House/Cruise systems
• Min. 3 years Chief Purser on-board small ship
• Excellent Financial Management skills
• Fluent In German
• 5* Cruise Line experience
