For our Fleet Hotel HR Department we’re looking for an intern who’ll support the following key activities:
- Developing and executing recruiting analysis and hiring plans in liaison with employer branding activities
- Assigning Crew scheduling assuring manning coverage taking into consideration business needs, contractual and experience constraints, movement and deployment rules
- Identifying training, development and promotion needs
- Handling disciplinary issues
- Analyzing KPIs and controlling costs
Requirements:
- Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in HR, Psychology of work, Economics, Humanistic.
- Good knowledge of English (level B2)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Caring and empathic
- Analytical skills
Location: Genoa
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
