For our Fleet Hotel HR Department we’re looking for an intern who’ll support the following key activities:

  • Developing and executing recruiting analysis and hiring plans in liaison with employer branding activities
  • Assigning Crew scheduling assuring manning coverage taking into consideration business needs, contractual and experience constraints, movement and deployment rules
  • Identifying training, development and promotion needs
  • Handling disciplinary issues
  • Analyzing KPIs and controlling costs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in HR, Psychology of work, Economics, Humanistic.
  • Good knowledge of English (level B2)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel
  • Caring and empathic
  • Analytical skills

Location: Genoa

Language Requirements
