Assistant Provision Master/Bottle Keeper - Ocean Cruise

I am currently working with an expanding cruise company and have the opportunity for an Assistant Provision Master/ Bottle Keeper to join their well established fleet of luxury vessels.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of experience working within the same or similar role on board a passenger vessel.

As Assistant Provision Master you will be supervising the issuing of goods and participate in it. Implementing and executing proper maintenance and cleaning procedures in all storeroom areas in order to ensure good appearance and conditions of these area. Assists the Provision Master when loading and landing of goods. Responsible for the management, cleaning, storing and maintenance of the Bottle Store.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 year vessel experience in the same or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of storeroom operation and storing procedures
• Thorough knowledge of food & beverage products
• Fluent English language skills
