We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join a well known cruise company.
The successful candidate will be responsible of supervision of a professional welcoming and sales orientated F&B service, smooth operations of the restaurants services according to standards, management of the restaurant crew, cost control in accordance to the budget, establish weekly stock orders etc.
The ideal candidate will hold a hospitality degree and have a minimum of 3 years experience in this role. Excellent administration skills and communication skills are essential. Candidate should also have exceptional leadership skills.
STCW certification will be required, as well as, a Seafarer's Medical certificate.
Salary is paid in $, whilst onboard. Rotation of 4 months on, 2 months off.

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
