A German cruise company is looking to recruit a professional Sous Chef who takes pride in their work.
The candidate will assist the Executive Sous Chef and will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running operation of food production areas in their assigned galleys, they are to constantly analyse that the quality of food production and preparation are in compliance with company standards and recipes, and work closely with the Kitchen Steward in order to accomplish tasks related to inventory, equipment control and maintenance, Sanitation Rules/Regulations, training and re-enforcement.
The candidate must have advanced culinary skills and leadership experience and have a minimum of ten years experience working in quality hotels and restaurants.
Seafarers Medical and STCW Certification will be required.

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
Language Requirements
