Hotel Manager required for Mystic Cruises

V. Hospitality are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join Mystic Cruises, a Portuguese cruise company dedicated to operating expeditionary cruise programs in the Antarctic and other remote locations. With a focus on offering unique experiences in an eco-friendly way, Mystic Cruises allows guests to explore the unspoiled landscapes of the frozen continent with all the comfort of a five-star cruise ship.

As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring each department on-board delivers exceptional service at all times and lead by example to ensure guest focus is a main priority each cruise. Together with using your previous experience in both Front Office and F&B, to coordinating the smooth operation between departments, you will also be responsible for pro-actively practicing Health & Safety on-board at all times.

Candidates interested in the positon should meet the following requirements;

• Small ship/expedition experience
• Knowledge of MXP
• Min. 3 years Hotel Manager on-board small ship
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Fluent In German
