Spa Manager required for Mystic Cruises

V. Hospitality are currently seeking an experienced Spa Manager to join Mystic Cruises, a Portuguese cruise company dedicated to operating expeditionary cruise programs in the Antarctic and other remote locations. With a focus on offering unique experiences in an eco-friendly way, Mystic Cruises allows guests to explore the unspoiled landscapes of the frozen continent with all the comfort of a five-star cruise ship.

As Spa Manager, you will responsible for the Spa Therapist on-board and report directly to the Chief Purser, to ensure the highest quality of service is provided within the Spa department. You will be knowledgeable of luxury products/treatments and be comfortable training crewmembers to ensure the best possible care is provided to guests at all times.

In addition to the above, you will be responsible for scheduling daily opening hours within the department, promote sales, prepare performance appraisals for spa staff and adhere to USPH standards within the department at all times.

Other financial responsibilities will include cash handling, pricing products, opening/closing Salon transactions daily and monitoring revenue.

Candidates interested in the positon should meet the following requirements:

• Luxury salon experience, preferably on-board a 5* vessel
• Relevant Beauty Therapy Qualification
• Fluent in English
• Experience managing a team
• Strong Industry awareness
• Financial/revenue awareness
• Good administrative skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
