Costa Group Information Technology Governance is seeking a talented young graduate to provide quality support in monitoring the IT investments.  This is an excellent learning opportunity to live in a complex, multicultural and challenging company, learning how multinationals operate in the Information Technology business, from strategic sourcing to financial control and vendor risk management.

Main activities include proactive support in:

  • weekly tracking of approved investments, extra projects and their funding;
  • monitoring the IT running costs at Costa Group level, both shore and ship-side.
  • preparing Top Management presentations showing the IT costs trend in the fiscal year, both running costs & investments.
  • communicating on time the IT initiatives to the Procurement Department in order to activate the proper sourcing strategies.
  • tracking the IT contracts and the IT purchase orders, allowing a precise reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in  Economics, Engineering, Computer Science with excellent grade
  • Analysis and Problem solving attitude
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2 at least)
  • Computer Science: MS-Office - word, excel, power point
  • Specialized skills: Project Management and /or Management Control (Preferred), Tourism & Travel market knowledge (Preferred)
  • Teamwork attitude

Location: Genoa
