On Board Producer – On Land

Today we are looking for 1 talented Producer, who will work shoreside under the supervision of the HQ On-board Retail Experience Team. The candidate will supervise a team of photographers and videomakers (on board of vessels), movie editors and graphic designers (shoreside).

The ideal candidate understands HQ creative briefs and storyboards, converting them into shooting board and practical productive solutions. As a result, he/she is responsible for organizing all production plans, respecting specific corporate guidelines and storyboard.

Key Responsibilities:

His/her mission will be to organize and coordinate, through a structured production plan, on board resources (videomakers and photographers) to enable them to shoot the best video /photo footages on board of vessels for all business (food outlets, spa, shops, casinò, beverage,..). Then he/she will log all shooted video materials delivered from on board resources to guide movie editors and graphic designers, who will assemble the final edit.

The final objective is to increase guests awareness and liking of products, services and promotions to raise on board revenues.

The ideal candidate will:

• Lead all aspects of pre-production and video shooting as shooting board, organization of production plans, management of legal disclaimers, primary interface with on board resident team for all organizational matters.
• Able to guide video-makers to choose the right crew members as real actors in the shoot and to guide them in the respect of shooting and styling guidelines provided shoreside.
• High precision in naming and logging shooted material ensuring assets are properly archived in order to to let movie editors assemble the final videos.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe CC suite and excellent knowledge of MAC OS and PC.
• Works closely with HQ On board Retail Team shoreside to ensure the development and execution of video that meet both cross departmental and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

• Previous 2 years experience as a producer in a production house or similar structured environment.
• Team planning, project and resource management;
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Problem solving;
• Expertise in full-scale production process; including directing shoots and leading small production crew
• Perfect knowledge of English language, written and spoken
• Any other foreign languages is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
