Executive Chef - River Cruise

Faststream are in partnership with a 5* Industry leading, River Cruise Line which is rapidly growing, creating exceptional internal promotional opportunities with in this company.

You will be catering for 190+ passengers. You will be in charge of all aspect of the daily food service operation, whilst supervising staff by supporting and mentoring the entire galley staff.

The desirable candidate will have the following:

• Experience on board a river cruise ship / working in a 5* hotel or restaurant.
• The right to live and work in Europe.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proven career longevity
