Qualification / Job experience

Several years of job experience in a comparable position onboard a cruise vessel.
Good knowledge of inventory management
Good knowledge regarding food, ingredients, recipes (modern, international cuisine)
Good knowledge of all cleaning procedures, cleaning agents, chemicals (including storage) and especially of the U.S.P.H. standards.

Personal requirements

Minimum age 23
English spoken
Management skills, authority, flexibility, self discipline
Strong organising ability
Respectful, friendly and professional conduct towards passengers and crew
Team player
Ability to work under pressure

Conditions of Employment:

Salary: 2650 EUR
Accommodation and meals
Contract: 6 months On / 2 months Off
Travel tickets are provided by the employer
Medical insurance

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
