German Speaking Head Bartender for Mystic Cruises

V. Hospitality is looking for a German Speaking Head Bartender for a brand new Expedition vessel the Mystic Cruises!

Mystic Cruises is a Portuguese cruise company dedicated to operating expeditionary cruise programs in the Antarctic and other remote locations. With a focus on offering unique experiences in an eco-friendly way, Mystic Cruises allows guests to explore the unspoiled landscapes of the frozen continent with all the comfort of a five-star cruise ship.

The brand new vessel will have a maximum of 200 guests onboard and will operate in Arctic, Antarctic, Norway and the Mediterranean.

As a Head Bartender, you will provide guests with quality beverage service onboard, managing a small team you will strive to meet and exceed guests expectations, organizing the different outlets. You will induct, coach and lead crew, implement company procedures and display excellent leadership behavior.

Previous experience in a similar role is needed, German language skills a plus. More details will be given in the interview.
