Revenue and Marketing Director

The Revenue & Marketing Director is responsible for the direction, leadership and optimization for all shipboard revenue operations and initiatives that drive over $40m annually. Analyzing sales and financial data, developing cross-marketing and sales strategies, coaching, leading and motivating high performance managers must come naturally for you. A high energy, passionate and outgoing personality is sought for this exciting position. Travel the world on our beautiful ships while managing the entire revenue operation onboard.

Three to five years manager management, people management, marketing promotions, market research and/or sales analysis in hospitality, is a perquisite for this role.
