We are currently looking for an experienced 2nd Executive Chef to join a prestigious cruise company.
Candidate must have previous experience in this role in a 4-5 star hotel, restaurant or cruise ship.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in: production of all food prepared and served in the main buffet area, assisting the Executive Chef in directing and supervising the preparation of and service for all food onboard in accordance with the company's menu, recipes and standards, managing the food waste and, implementing and following the hygiene and cleaning procedures.
Salary in USD paid whilst onboard. The rotation is 5 months on, 2 months off. Single cabin accommodation.
Valid STCW, C1/D Visa and Medical are essential.

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
