Sous Chef - 6* Luxury Ocean Cruise

Faststream are in partnership with a leading Global Cruise Line and we are currently recruiting for Sous Chefs to join the team on board.

The Sous Chef's responsibilities are to assist in covering the entire on board operation which can be up to 2000 Passengers. Also to be running and operating a multi-cultural team ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction at all times.

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

• In rank experience either on an Ocean Cruise
• Proven management skills
• Fluent spoken and written English skills
• Exemplary employment appraisals

On offer is a 6 month on 2 month off rotation with shared accommodation plus an industry leading salary.
