The company…

I am currently working with a leading, River Cruise Liner, who are looking for an experienced Cook to join their expanding fleet for the 2019 season.

The role…

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service for their travellers in accordance with their company standards. As part of being a Cook with the company you will be required:

• Prepare meals in accordance with menu cycle.
• Responsible for organising appropriate storage and the keeping of goods.
• Responsible for hygiene in the galley in accordance with HACCP regulations.
• Actively supporting and assisting culinary and restaurant team.
• The above duties are a non-exhaustive list of the primary duties required of you.

The person...

• Ideally you will have a Culinary school diploma or basic education equivalent.
• Minimum to years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably in a 4-5 star restaurant or hotel.
• River cruise experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great attitude and willingness to learn and progress.
• Fluent in English.
• Must have the right to work in the EU.
