HSEQ Manager - Cruise

Faststream is working with a well known leading maritime company and have seen themselves go from strength to strength in the market they are now seeking an HSEQ Manager.

In this role, you will be the link between shipboard and shore-based staff and have independence and authority speaking with a higher level of management. You will work closely with the HSEQ team and will provide marine support to the management and fleet teams and will make sure that the company are compliant with the Company Procedures, Policies and specific Group Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality.

The company are seeking the following:

• Shore-based experience in a similar role
• Extensive sailing experience with cruise vessels
• Fluent English
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Good analytically and problem-solving skills
• New Build Experience (Desirable)
• A strong relationship with industry regulators (Desirable)
