Crew HR Manager

The Company

I am currently working with leading Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Crew HR Manager to join the team.

The Role

As Crew HR Manager you will enjoy a varied role, with great opportunity for wider influence, and enjoy the authority that the position offers.

You will manage day-to-day Labour Relations for crew, and focus on employee relations, complaint and any grievance management. Responsibilities will also include writing job descriptions, and new policies/ procedures for the betterment of the fleet.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in HR Management (or similar)
• Previous experience working in a similar role for a Cruise Line
• Fluent English speaker (native or equivalent)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational skills
• Good computer skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
