Technical Superintendent - Cruise

The company are well established in the cruise industry and have been going from strength to strength and are now seeing good growth with a number of vessels that are on order. Due to the growth, the company are now seeking a Technical Superintendent to join the team

For the role, the company is seeking either a candidate straight from the sea who has either sailed to 2nd engineer or higher and has a cruise background or they are happy to have candidates with shore-based experience that have either sailed with cruise vessels or have got a naval arc background.

You will be supporting the technical team by managing logistical and procurement tasks and through proactive follow up on delinquent PO's, cabin request, among others. You will serve as a point of contact for all ship technical issues and will monitor data collected from ship technical performance reporting to provide recommendations for long-term technical operations planning.
