Chef de Cuisine - 6* Luxury Ocean Cruise

I am currently working with a leading Ocean Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Chef De Cuisine on board.

As a chef de cuisine you will report to an executive chef & will be responsible for the daily operations within your area. The chef de cuisine is the first-in-command on a day-to-day basis, managing all other food preparation employees, You will ensure the highest standards are reached by yourself and your team, meeting and exceeding company expectations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a 5* restaurant in this position
• Cruise Ship experience
• Fluent English language skills
