Communicating with our guests on board is vital to ensure that we deliver unforgettable holiday happiness! We need to tell our guests about the daily entertainment programme, special events and promotions and our Communications Manager is the member of the team to deliver this.
You will work closely with our head office shore side and onboard departments to gather information which is presented in our daily Horizon magazine and flyers to guests cabins, sharing all of the appealing activities and promotions available to them all to ensure that all our Guests make the most of every moment on board, and also to encourage onboard revenue generation.
Are you someone that has an eye for detail and can proof read, edit and illustrate the Horizon magazine to match the brand standards and requirements? Do you work well under pressure when there are daily deadlines for your publications?

We would like our Content & Programme Manager to have:
Have experience of working in a visual marketing role in a customer service environment
Have ability to build strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders
Have previous experience of design software such as In design and Adobe
Experience of working in marketing, PR, journalism
Managing a small team
