Shore Excursions Assistant

Job Description
- Shore Excursions team helps our guests maximize their visits to the different ports by promoting, explaining, and offering tours and packages before they go ashore
- Promotes and sells shore excursion tours and packages to guests employing effective marketing strategies and executing tactical plans to achieve financial targets
- Provides guest services with regard to tour sales, refunds, complaints, and general port and ship information
- Maintain the system for the handling of the shore excursion complaints; ensure that all guest comments are answered in a timely manner
- Represent the image of the company and perform all activities in an enthusiastic and professional manner
Your Profile
- Guest-focused and service-oriented
- Positive personality and attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent English proficiency, other languages are an asset
- Computer literate: MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Be able to commit to a six month contract out at sea
- Be at least 21 years old
