Hotel Controller - Cruise Ship

My fabulous client is looking for a Superstar Hotel Controller to join their Cruise Ship.

You will have extensive knowledge of inventory control procedures with regards to Hotel and Food & Beverage Operations, with a minimum of 3 years experience preferably onboard a 4/5* Cruise Ship, but will consider someone with a large Hotel / Resort Background.

This position requires you hold full STCW Certificates, or must be willing to obtain them and you must have an excellent command of verbal and written English.
