Executive Chef

Faststream are in partnership with a luxury River Cruise Company and we are currently recruiting for an Executive Chef to join the team on board.

The Executive Chef's responsibilities are to cover the entire on board operation which can be up to 190 Passengers. Also to be running and operating a multi-cultural team ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction at all times.

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

• In rank experience either on an Ocean Cruise Ship/ River Cruise Ship or within a 5* Restaurant / Hotel
• Proven management skills
• Fluent spoken and written English skills
• Excellent employment appraisals

On offer is a short term rotation offering 8-10 weeks on board and 2-3 weeks at home. Shared accommodation plus an industry leading salary, annual pay rises and an annual percentage bonus.
