Chef De Rang- Luxury River Cruise

The ideal candidate for this role would have experience working on board a passenger vessel within the capacity of a Chef De Rang/Waiter or Waitress. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of largest and most established River Cruise companies which offers excellent progression opportunities.

As a Chef De Rang your role is to ensure a friendly and professional service in the restaurant, bars and lounges and provide a high level of satisfaction to the guests. You will have knowledge within the F&B Industry and be a flexible and positive individual.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Chef De Rang on board River or Ocean Cruise vessel or in a nigh end 4/5 star Restaurant.
• Professional, welcoming and sales orientated mentality.
• Ensuring highest level of cleanliness within restaurant, bar, pantry, lounge, sundeck in accordance with HACCP standards
• The right to live and work in Europe.
