Fleet 3rd Engineer - Ferry

The Company

We are currently working with a market leading Ferry company who have an active need for a Fleet third engineer to join their team covering the whole fleet where needed.

This will be a varied role with lots of moving about the fleet so travel expenses will be paid.

The Role

As Fleet third engineer you will work closely with the 2nd engineer and Chief engineer on board. You will be expected to have lots of in rank experience on passenger ferry or ro/ro passenger vessels as third engineer.

The client is looking for applications from candidates who have their 2nd unlimited ticket. This is mandatory requirement for the role as you will be covering some 2nd engineer duties.

The Reward

The client will offer the successful candidates up to £36,394 per year with a 1:1 week rotation or 2:2

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in this rank on Ferry and roro passenger vessels
• 2nd engineer CoC unlimited
• Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK
