Shorex Manager & Assistant Shorex Manager - Ocean Cruise

I am currently working with one of the world's leading, multi brand Cruise lines and have an exciting opportunity for a number of Shorex Managers' and Assistant Managers' to join their Fleet.

As Shorex Manager you will report into the Cruise Director (Or Shorex if working in an Assistant capacity), and be responsible for all shore excursions offered on board, and in all ports visited. You will manage the Shorex Team, and ensure that all guests participating in excursions are provided with excellent service from the team.

You will arrange a variety of excursions across the different destinations visited, lead the promotion of excursions and ensure that company standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Existing experience sailing as Shorex Manager/Assistant

-Excellent interpersonal skills

-Cruise Ship experience

-Experience of ILO 180 and MLC requirements

-Global sailing experience

-Fluent English language skills
