What you will be doing

• Edit and prepare all pre- and post-cruise hotel rooming lists, welcome packs, transfer manifests and arrange hospitality desks/representatives for designated accounts
• Manage hotel room blocks and comply with cut off dates, cancellation and attrition policies
• Edit and prepare all transportation manifests, compile transportation summaries, and staff operational schedules
• Participate in office coverage for operation back up, this includes weekend working on a rota basis
• Participate in duty emergency phone cover
• When necessary control operations in-situ at the Pier or other locations as required
• Possess an understanding of the differences between cruise brands

What we are looking for

• A high general level of education in tourism, hospitality or related
• Fluent written and spoken English, other languages considered an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task and problem-solving ability
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Highly organized and methodical person independently and in teamwork
• Initiative and strong communication skills
• The position will be subject to the right to work in the country
