Cruise Director with German language skills

Requirements:

– fluency in German and English or German and French
– previous experience in a passenger contact / front desk position
– public speaking skills
– proficiency in additional languages is highly preferred
– passion for service
– pleasant and energetic demeanor
– knowledgeable about the various landmarks and points of interest during the cruise

Responsibilities:
– hold informative briefings to our passengers regarding the daily program
– meet Heads of Department to review daily schedules and to enable effective planning
– communicate with guests and build a positive atmosphere on board
– mentor and provide on-the-job training to aspiring Trainees
