Assistant Restaurant Manager - Boutique Expedition Cruise

I am currently working with leading Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the fleet!

This exciting opportunity is to work on a small boutique Cruise Vessel which is based in Antarctica during the Winter Season which will give you the opportunity to gain Expedition Cruise experience!

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working on board cruise ships or other passenger Vessels. The position offers an excellent chance to develop new skills by learning of the industries leading professionals.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. You will be setting the standards with regards to all breakfast, lunch and dinner services.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a Head Waiter, Maitre'd or Assistant Restaurant Manager on board a Cruise Ship.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Fluent English language skills

The rotation for this position is 6 months on and 2 months off.
