I am currently recruiting for an Executive Sous Chef with specific pastry and bakery experience to join a leading luxury cruise line.

As a Executive Sous Chef you will enjoy a varied role. Your responsibilities will cover the entire on-board galley operation. You will supervise and motivate crew, conduct menu briefings, order all food supplies, ensure food safety and cleanliness is of the highest standards and socialise with guests at meal times.

This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a leading cruise company, experience global travel, and enjoy an attractive package.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in this position in a 4*/5* restaurant/ hotel (cruse experience preferred)
  • Developed management skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • $6000 - $6500 + 10% bonus (paid on-board only)
  • 4:2 rotation (Months)
  • Single cabin
  • Excellent progression opportunities
