Hotel Controller - 5 star Cruise Line

I am currently recruiting for a 5 star Luxury Cruise Company. This company is up and coming within the market and offers the unique and exciting opportunity to be a part of sought after voyages and New Build projects. I am looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Controller to join the fleet.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 3 years of experience as a Hotel Controller on board another 4/5 star Luxury Ocean cruise Vessel. New Build experience is also favourable for this role.

As the Hotel controller you will be responsible for the entire admin function which includes analysing all daily operations and costs/transactions. You are also in charge of cost control by ensuring inventory is reconciled as well as monitoring consumption and revenue. As the Hotel Controller you report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Hotel Controller on board a Luxury Cruise Ship.
- All necessary seagoing documentation
- Fluent English language skills
