Shore Excursion Staff

I am currently working with one of the world's leading, multi brand Cruise lines and have an exciting opportunity for Shore Excursion Staff to join their Fleet.

As a member of the Shore Excursions Staff, you will promote, explain, and sell excursion tours and packages to our guests. You will also be on hand to answer guest inquiries regarding tour sales, tour refunds, and general port and ship information. You should have a background in sales and customer service and be a motivated individual.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience withing the Shore Ex team on board a large Cruise Ship
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Motivated and prepared to work long hours
• Global sailing experience
• Fluent English language skills
