Hotel Manager on board of a river ship - Uniworld is waiting for You!

Location: Europe

Starting date: Around December 2019 or February 2020

As a host, you will be responsible for the utmost satisfaction of the passengers. You will report directly to the Corporate Hotel Manager.

You will

• Ensure smooth running and good cooperation amongst all departments and crew members
• Be responsible for achieving and maintaining Uniworld standards on board and keeping to all guidelines
• Be responsible for increasing the revenue on board through the organization of well-directed sales activities
• Be responsible for meeting financial and quality targets set by Head office
• Visit the most spectacular destinations in Europe
• Have a permanent contract

You

• Are an innovative, proactive and service orientated team player with strong communication skills
• Have experience in boutique 5* operation or in a similar role
• Preferably have experience in ship operation
• Are passionate about the product
• Have ability to communicate and conduct business in English (must), Italian or French are a bonus
• Have Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Like challenges and are not afraid of high expectations and standards
• Are a citizen of the EU or have a valid working Visa in EU or Switzerland
