Assistant Bar Manager - 5* Ocean Cruise

I am currently working with one of the world's leading Cruise Lines and have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Bar Manager to join the team.

As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will ensure a friendly & professional service at all times to the fullest satisfaction of the guests. You will be responsible for the bar operation on board ensuring you manage and motivate all crew you are working with, utilise your developed management skills, ensuring that attention is focused on guest satisfaction, budgets are adhered to, succession planning is in place, that safety awareness is promoted, and that the department is running to a high level.

The ideal candidate will have:

-In rank experience

-Hotel / Catering qualification / business degree

-Experience in 5* Hotels (Luxury cruise experience would be an advantage)

-Developed leadership skills

-Computer literacy

-English language skills
