Inventory Manager - Luxury Ocean Cruise

I am currently working with an expanding cruise company and have the opportunity for a Inventory/Provisions Manager to join their well established fleet of luxury vessels.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience working within the same or similar role on board another Luxury Cruise Line or Large Luxury Hotel/Resort

As the on board Inventory Manager you will report directly to the Hotel Manager. It will be your responsibility to prepare all Hotel Stores requests and to work closely with the Logistics department to ensure all orders are submitted and received within a timely manger. You will work together with the Provision Master when loading and landing of goods.


The ideal candidate will have:

- 3 years Cruise Ship experience in the same or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of storeroom operation and storing procedures
- Thorough knowledge of food & beverage products along with USPH.
- Fluent English language skills
