Assistant Hotel Manager - Boutique Ocean Cruise

I am currently working a leading expanding Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Hotel Manager to join one of their luxury Ocean Cruise Ships!

As Assistant Hotel Manager, you will ensure that all hotel departments on-board operate with productivity and efficiency, and that the passenger experience and company standards are kept at the forefront of the teams focus- reporting directly into the Hotel Manager and assisting them in the daily operation of the Vessel.

Utilising your developed management skills, you will ensure that attention is focused on guest satisfaction, budgets are adhered to, succession planning is in place, that safety awareness is promoted, and that all departments are running at a high level.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Experience in the same position either on board or in a 4/5 star Hotel.
-Developed leadership skills
-Computer literacy
-English language skills
-Must have the legal right to live and work in Europe
