The Company

I am currently working with a luxury Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Cruise Training Specialist to join the corporate Learning and Development team.

The Role

As a Training Specialist you will enjoy a varied role that includes extensive travel. You will be charged with developing, designing and executing company training.

Responsibilities will include facilitating "train the trainer" and leadership trainings, designing and developing training material together with operations and delivering training to the crew on-board. You will enjoy extensive travel in and around Europe to deliver trainings and work with business partners as well as third party vendors.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Strong L&D experience within the cruise/hospitality industry

-Good practice in writing, developing and delivering training programs

-Degree level qualification in HR / Learning and Development
-Excellent management and communication skills
-Excellent English language skills - additional languages is advantageous
-Well developed planning and organizational skills

-A flexible and proactive approach
