Spa Manager - Luxury Cruise Line

I am currently working with a Luxury Cruise Company and have an excellent opportunity for a Spa Manager to join the fleet!

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience working on board a Luxury Cruise vessel as The Spa Manager. This opportunity offers the chance to learn and develop new skills within a luxury cruise environment. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the of the Beauty Salon, Fitness and Massage rooms and Saunas.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Hairdresser.
• Be responsible for the health and safety, admin, accounting and maintenance of service levels within the on-board Spa.
• Promote and drive sales.
• Develop and implement Business plans and development.
• Adhere to Safety regulations and ensure all Spa staff follow procedure.
