Safety Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cruise Professional to join a cruise company based in the USA. It is essential that you have the right to live and work in the USA (USA Passport or Green Card holder).

You will be working as a Safety Manager responsible for developing, implementing fleet safety programs, equipment, procedures and policies relating to the Navigation and Technical operations.

You should be energetic with a passion to make a difference.

You will be focusing on strategic level solutions across the Navigation and Technical operations.

You should have strong project management experience and the ability to look at the bigger picture to make strategic decisions.

We are looking for someone with very solid Cruise experience with responsibilities in the marine operations, regulatory and safety fields with responsibility in the training, implementation and administration of navigation/technical safety system and processes.

Bachelor's degree or Technical graduation, and a Maritime license with shipboard experience required or equivalent military experience.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical material to executive leadership and non-technical audience

Project management experience preferred

Reward

This position is paying between $110k - $120k depending on experience + Benefits.
